Heading up the training department, Amanda Wooding the National Training Manager, is an experienced leader, trainer and academic. With a background in Sales Training, she is known for her innovative thinking, engaging delivery style and can-do attitude. Her and her team are passionate about striving for progression and results.

With a complete onboarding programme, every new sales person partnering with Bayleys is armed with a bespoke set of workshops, an onboarding guide for them and their managers, and direct contact with the training department for their continuous learning. We provide the foundations for a successful career in real estate, and world class tools and knowledge to thrive in today’s market.

From onboarding, through to REA Verified continuing professional development workshops and access to international speakers and leadership progression pathways, the Bayleys training team offers a market leading portfolio of live interactive workshops and online based learning through our Learning Management System.
