As the Farmers’ Market movement gains momentum, lifestyle block owners have an outlet for their produce close to home.

People who think seriously about food have come to realise that ā€˜local’ is at least as important a word as ā€˜organic’. It’s essentially about shortening the food chain and putting producers directly in front of consumers, bypassing the layers of middlemen and foregoing the clipping of distribution ā€œticketsā€ along the way.
